This lovely family took some time out of their day while out in our area to get a few family pictures done. I always have a hard time telling people what to wear for their shoots, but this family nailed it. They coordinated so well and showed off their personalities and interests. Squeak is 1

My precious little princess turned 1 a while back and I just wanted to share a couple quick shots from her party. She wasn't a big fan of the fondant on her cake so I gave her a cupcake for her pictures...it took a lot of coaxing to get her to touch the cupcake, but once she did it was quite comical! I had only ever tried this shoot with one other little gal and I must say I thought it would be much messier than it turned out. Here's our beautiful squeak...

This was my first time doing a mini session and it couldn't have been more fun. There were so many adorable costumes and fun children. Thank you to all who participated and made these sessions a success...here are a few of my favorite shots...

Bright Evening

I met up with this family a while ago when the weather was still gorgeous. We had a super sunny evening for October and had a nice little session. They have been incredibly patient for their sneak peek and so I will be quiet and let them enjoy a couple of shots from the session... 

Chilly part 2

This session also took place on that cool, chilly October day and this family also braved the elements. Of course my poor memory caused me to forget a certain something for the session, but these gorgeous little gals made sure we didn't even miss it. I tell you I've been working on soduku puzzles in order to kick start my brain into working again!! Thanks for coming out you guys and a special thanks to a certain Canucks fan who managed to muster up a smile or two even with their rough start to the season :)

Chilly

This young gal braved a cool October breeze to get some senior portraits done. The sun did manage to peek out for a portion of our session but that breeze was still piercing. It was great to spend time with T and her mom, and hear of her future plans. She was heading to college for "student-for-the-day" and I was pleased to hear that her interest was nursing. It's always nice to see young, energetic gals interested in a career such as nursing and I wish her the best in her endeavors. I hope your day went well and that you enjoy these sneak peeks.

Fall is here!!!

I was very excited when I found out that I would be doing a fall shoot with these adorable kids. Our spring session was so much fun that I knew we'd have a great time. As I went through the images we captured, I had a really hard time choosing just a few for the blog. These kids are so photogenic and so well behaved that we got some amazing shots of them.
