Relay For Life

I just wanted to remind all of my blog followers that tomorrow evening is the Relay For Life event in Alsask. For those who don't know what Relay is, it's a 12 hour, all night walk to raise money and awareness for cancer. I encourage all of you in the area to participate, come check it out or simply donate. You can donate online at the Canadian Cancer Society's Relay For Life website under the Wild Goose Relay For Life. I am donating a gift certificate to the silent auction in hopes of raising money in the fight against cancer. I did this once previously for the Terry Fox fundraiser(which Shauvonne you still need to book in ;) ) and it is very rewarding to know that the money goes towards such a great cause. I hope to see you all there and I especially hope that you will be bidding on this lovely gift certificate :) Thanks a lot and have a safe and enjoyable weekend!

Newborn Storyboard

Just wanted to share one of the storyboards we did of our little guy. We also experiemented with a before and after photo project of when I was 36 weeks pregnant and then when Mason was 1 week old. I've blended them into one photo and am happy with the outcome. Let me know what you think...

G turns 2!

This little guy was in again for some 2 year portraits. The first time he was in I commented on how speedy he was (click here to see previous session) and that has not changed at all. He is still a busy little guy and made me work for his portraits. G loves tractors and I think he'll be a mechanic one day. He layed on the floor and would analyze how they were working as he drove them around. Happy Birthday little buddy, and mom, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Graduation- Kyla

Here is another graduate from a few weeks back. This gal made me feel old as I remember teaching her swimming lessons when she was much younger, and now she's embarking on a new stage in her life. The flocks of mosquitos were definitely tougher on the gals this day, and I must thank this young lady for being so patient with me. There was no good location to avoid those pesky bugs, but she toughed it out and we got some great shots of her. I would also like to wish this beautiful young lady the best in her future.

Graduation- Brett

This handsome fellow had his high school graduation a few weeks ago. It was my pleasure to capture some images of him and his family. They are a wonderful and hilarious family to be around, even when I drag them around town through the swarms of mosquitos. I'm glad that your day was extra special and I wish you the best for your future!
